Duomo

  • On our way to the galleries we should look at the Duomo. It is the most prominent building in Florence and has free entry into the cathedral

Uffizi Gallery/Statue of David.

  • This would be a relaxing and stress-free way to spend a few hours. It also will shelter us from the summer heat.
  • Afterwards we should check out the Ponte Vecchio, which is a famous bridge just a few short minutes from the Uffizi.
  • Whilst in the region, we could also go to the world’s most famous sandwich shop, All’Antico Vinaio

The rest of the day can be spent relaxing pool-side at our hostel.
