Train from Roma Termini to Stazione Di Montesanto (1h 37m). Departing at 10:35 am and arriving at 12.12pm. 

Stay at Hostel of the Sun (Via Melisurgo 15, Naples) Check in 2pm 

• Once we dump our bags, I think it would be really fun to explore Naples on foot. 

The Spanish Quarter, Naples. 

• Only a 15-20 minute walk from our hostel is a network of laneways called the Spanish Quarters. This would be a nice introductory way to discover the new city. 
• We can go on a walking route that takes us from our hostel to the Fountain of Neptune to the Murale Diego Armando Maradona to the Foqus Foundation Spanish Quarter to Via Toledo (Naples most famous shopping street).  The fun of this is these alleyways are all quirky, so we can easily spend time souvenir shopping, eating etc. 

This will take us a few hours, so I expect that we’d return to our accommodation around 3-4pm. Afterwards, if we wanted to book into a Neopolitan Pizza Restaurant that would be amazing. There is a place called Sorbillo which is apparently a local favourite.

I think this definitely can be a quiet/restful night. 

St Lucia

As an option for another stroll we could head into the St Lucia Region. There are a few sites here worth seeing and it’s really close to our hostel.

The Piazza del Plebiscito and The Royal Palace of Naples are both great options. We could even go for a swim at Mappatella Beach.
